Quick Guide to Property Buying

FRACTIONAL OWNERSHIP:

1. Select your property and hold for 48 hours with a formal signed offer

2. JD'GAAIF will negotiate & purchase the property at lowest price

3. Pay ONLY $250 Reservation Fee to hold your Condo

4. Pay $1,000 Administration Fee - due within 5 business days

5. Pay 100% Balance of your Share within 30 – 60 days

6. Select type of Plan; Vacation / Investment / Retirement

7. Advise JD'GAAIF on changes or modifications to design

8. Advise JD'GAAIF on Furniture Package options (Optional)

9. JD'GAAIF advice on Legal Ownership entity Mexican LLC or Fideicomiso

10. JD'GAAIF will group like-minded Investors together in same Company

11. JD'GAAIF will have all Shareholders review and sign the Agreement

12. JD'GAAIF will open the Company Bank Account in Mexico (US$)

13. JD'GAAIF will assist & complete the Closing process

14. JD'GAAIF will oversee the construction of the property until delivery

15. JD'GAAIF will set up the rental program (Optional)

16. JD'GAAIF will look at purchasing an additional property (Optional)

17. JD'GAAIF will manage and maintain the property (Optional)

18. JD'GAAIF will assist and advise Company with financial strategies

19. JD'GAAIF will assist and advise Company with Accounting (Optional)

20. JD'GAAIF available at any time to offer help, advice, and support
