Tulum - 2

Tulum Jungle Area

Quick Overview: If you are looking for an alternative location to the mainstream Tulum area, there are many options such as "Jungle Land". This land is often only 10-15 minutes from Tulum Centro and can start as low as USD$20,000 for a 350 Sqm Lot. It will typically have minimum services such as Sewer, Electricity and Water Etc, however it will usually have it's own Water Well, Solar Panels can be esaily installed to supply Electricity and a Septic Tank can be used for Sewerage.
