The Vacation Plan

This Plan is purely for the Holiday Maker who wishes to have a 2nd Home as a Vacation Getaway or for Rental Income. JD'GAAIF has a large selection of new and established homes throughout the Riviera Maya. We pay particular attention to the Purchase Price, Location and Operating Costs as follows; 1. HOA - Maintenance averaging between USD$100 to USD $200 per month. 2. Cleaning Services around USD$50 per month. 3. Electricity averaging between USD$100 to USD $200 per month. 4. Water around USD$20 to USD$25 per month.

The Investment Plan

This Plan is designed for the Investor who wants to make an instant profit on their Property Investment. JD'GAAIF has access to Bank-Auction Properties and also Renovator Specials. These homes can be Purchased with the following benefits: 1. Much lower Purchase Cost compared to Fair Market Value. 2. Renovation will increase the resale value of the Property. 3. Property can be kept as a Vaction Home, Rental Property or flipped for immediate Profit. 4. We can find and supply these homes, carry out renovations and then sell it for you or manage it in our Rental Plan.

The Retirement Plan

Our most popular plan is providing Properties as part of a structured Retirement (& Vaction) Strategy. The equity in the Properties and Rental income from each property is used to purchase additional properties. JD'GAAIF will design a complete Property Portfolio and Investment Strategy for your Retirement. The Retirement Plan will include the Following Benefits; 1. Purchasing Property at below market value cost in good locations for resale or rental. 2. Carry out all the Legal Process on each Property for Full Compliance. 3. Carry out the complete Renovation on each Property to deliver a quality finished product. 4. Refinance the Property to liquidate funds to buy the next Property - And REPEAT the Process. 4. Ensure that all Properties are paid off and debt FREE for Retirement. 5. In Retirement you can resell the Properties for a Lump Sum of Cash or keep for Passive Rental Income.
